Position Overview

Praxis Performance and Turnaround Partners, LLC is seeking an Associate Advisor to join its Advisor Network. This is an entry point into the Praxis Advisor Pathway™, and an opportunity for experienced healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder, and human services professionals to break into the highly lucrative consulting industry.

Associate Advisors complete Praxis Advisor Institute™, the firm's structured training and certification program, before engaging directly with clients as part of a Praxis-supported delivery team.

Praxis Advisor Institute™ Training

All Associate Advisors are required to complete Praxis Advisor Institute™ prior to independent client engagement. The program covers Praxis's core methodologies, service offerings, and delivery standards through a structured curriculum, culminating in certification as a Praxis Certified Advisor™. Ongoing support and continuing education are provided throughout the advisor's engagement with the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Praxis Advisor Institute™ training and certification requirements
• Support client engagements under the direction of Senior Advisors and the Praxis Execution Team
• Apply Praxis's operational performance methodologies to assigned client projects
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for client engagements
• Maintain professional standards of confidentiality and client service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development as the firm's methodologies evolve
• Contribute to client relationship development as experience and client trust grow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment and other related industires; , ideally in a Medcial Director, Program Director, Clinical Director, or similar leadership role
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare or behavioral health operations, regulatory requirements, licensing requirements, and performance improvement principles
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, engagement-based consulting environment
• Currently employed in the field preferred; comfortable balancing advisory work alongside existing professional commitments
