Release segment-wise dashboards as per agreed calendar

Develop daily, weekly and monthly dashboards as required Build performance dashboards for ABL segments

Track performance against goalsheets and targets

Provide analytics on trends, gaps and opportunities

Prepare engagement and initiative-wise performance reports

Coordinate with Shared Services for data inputs, validation and reconciliation

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Partner with the Process Automation Specialist to automate recurring MIS

Prepare management reports and review packs

Provide data cuts for onboarding, hierarchy, promotion and payout processes

Track query ageing and closure through MIS

Establish a reliable single source of truth for business reviews

Highlight exceptions, trends and emerging risks to stakeholders

Support ad-hoc business analytics and decision support
