Base salary plus commission.

Salary Range: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Requirements

Valid Georgia Life, Accident & Sickness and Property & Casualty insurance licenses.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Background in sales, customer service, or relationship management.

Demonstrated ability to navigate complex situations with patience and clarity.

Strong local network within the Griffin area or surrounding communities.

Proficiency in common office software and digital client management systems.

Self-motivated work ethic with a desire to build a business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Connect with members of our community to identify their unique financial protection needs.

Explain complex insurance concepts in simple, relatable terms to help families make informed decisions.

Manage and nurture a growing list of clients by providing consistent, thoughtful communication.

Draft and present customized insurance proposals that address specific life goals and safety nets.
