Role Overview

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Associate AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations and workflows. You’ll work with LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms to solve real business problems, alongside senior engineers who will support your growth.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has built a few real-world projects and wants to grow deeper into applied AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, along with custom Python scripts.

* Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Gemini into business processes, including document processing, email handling, data extraction, and chatbots.

* Write and refine prompts to achieve reliable and consistent AI outputs.

* Connect third-party services using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

* Assist in building basic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI agents under senior guidance.

* Test, debug, and monitor automations to ensure reliable production performance.

* Document workflows, processes, and technical decisions clearly.

* Work with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and turn manual tasks into automated solutions.

* Stay updated with new AI tools and technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in automation, AI, or software development. Internships and freelance experience count.

* Solid fundamentals in Python.

* Hands-on experience with at least one LLM API such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.

* Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

* Familiarity with at least one automation platform: n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.

* Basic knowledge of prompt engineering.

* Working knowledge of Git and basic SQL.

* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.

* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
