About the role

• As an Associate AI FDE, you work alongside our clients to turn real business problems into working AI solutions.
• Just starting your career? We would love to hear from you. We care about what you have built.
• Candidates with up to three years of experience are equally welcome.

What you'll do

• Build and ship end-to-end solutions/applications/platforms using Agentic AI platforms
• Work directly with clients to understand their problem, then design, deploy and refine the solution.
• Own your work from first commit to production.

Must-have skills

• Strong Python, plus at least one other language
• Full-stack: you have built both the front end and the back end of something
• Good at writing complex SQL with strong database fundamentals
• Can build and integrate REST APIs
• A working AI application you can walk us through: a retrieval system, an agent or an LLM integration
• A GitHub with end-to-end projects you have shipped

Good to have

TypeScript • AWS or GCP • Docker and Kubernetes • Vector databases (Pinecone or Weaviate or pgvector) • LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or LlamaIndex • LLM evaluation and observability • MLOps basics (deployment, versioning, monitoring) • Customer-facing experience

Compensation and terms

• Paid 6-month internship at 20,000 per month
• 7,00,000 per annum CTC on conversion to full-time
• Service Agreement: 3 years and 9 months, commencing from the date of conversion to full-time employment.
