Associate /Analyst, Client Experience & Business Efficiency Team

Job Responsibilities

·         Maintain and update client-facing communications including but not limited to website page content and regular correspondences

·         Assist to implement the enhancement measures to upgrade client satisfaction level

·         Review and revise the standard operating procedure of the Team in compliance to the up-to-date compliance policies, guidelines and hotline standards to clients

·         Participate in client experience & business efficiency related system enhancement or development tasks including provision of thorough & constructive UAT inputs

·         Ad-hoc team duties as assigned

Requirements

·         Higher diploma or degree holder, equivalent or above

·         Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

·         Customer centric mindset with commitment to improve client experience

·         3-year or above client service enhancement or quality assurance work experience in financial industry is preferred

·         Fresh graduate or less-seasoned candidate with appropriate mentality and capability will be considered
