Associate Analyst

Responsibilities

Perform daily/weekly KPI monitoring for warehouse operations.

Support report generation and dashboard updates.

Conduct basic data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Highlight irregularities or KPI deviations to senior analysts.

Support RCA by collecting relevant data.

Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with preferred major on: Industrial Engineering, Information System, Statistic/Mathematic, Business Analytic, Supply Chain Management/Logistic or more than 2 years experiences in related field.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with a data-driven spirit.

Strong project management skills, able to carry a project from inception to execution with good ownership.

Detail-oriented, structured, having good competency inExcel/Google Sheets, Lookers Studio is mandatory.

Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management).
