Associate Analyst (Voice)

The Exemption Analyst position would involve understanding and validating various kinds of US-based corporate tax documents / Exemption certificates. Performs a variety of tasks associated with verifying and processing customer sales tax exemption documentation. Ensures documents meet compliance requirements. This position requires the ability to learn quickly to start working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical skills.

Job Duties:

• Making outbound calls to US /APAC/ EU customers and schedule calls with clients.
• Communicate to the manager ongoing status of accounts assigned.
• Stay abreast of all the updates & and trends and support overall productivity and accuracy goals.
• Ability to meet the SLAs and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Address customer inquiries, track open issues, and ensure timely resolution or escalation to right channel / person in accordance with department guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduated from a reputed college or university and proficiency in using computer / laptop.
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in a multinational organization in a similar profile is required.
• The position requires oral and written communication with internal contacts. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with data transformation techniques and processes
• Professional demeanour, team player, and positive attitude, able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated high standards of excellence in workplace.
• Strong attention to detail with precision, and ability to persuade the customers to schedule calls.
• Excellent logical and analytical skills
• Hybrid Work Model- Minimum 3 Days work from office is Mandatory.
• Experience/knowledge in the US Sales Tax domain would be an advantage
• Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Jira, or similar implementation tracking and CRM platforms.
