As An Associate Architect - Laboratory Consulting, You Will:

• Lead laboratory consulting projects, overseeing design coordination, project delivery and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide specialist advice to clients, design teams, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Manage project programmes, contribute to fee proposals and support successful project delivery.
• Produce and review reports, presentations, models and technical design information.
• Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging professional development and technical excellence.
• Develop professional networks and contribute to business development and work-winning activities within the science and technology sector.

As An Associate Architect - Laboratory Consulting, You Will Have:

• Significant experience leading science-sector projects, including laboratory environments.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory briefing, planning and coordination of complex fit-out and building services requirements.
• Proven Revit modelling skills and experience working on technically demanding projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical and client requirements.
• Experience using design and presentation software such as Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
