We maintain a superior team of professionals united by a common commitment to the highest levels of integrity and business ethics in all our dealings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate professional to play a key role in residential asset management, providing strategic financial and operational insights while directly impacting portfolio performance. The Associate will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, Property Management, and Accounting teams, contributing to decision-making and process improvement.

  • Monitor leasing, pricing, occupancy, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Develop and maintain customized financial and operational reports to support corporate initiatives, including revenue optimization, cost management and utility consumption tracking.
  • Review analyst reports for accuracy. Ensure reports clearly communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Research economic, demographic, and industry trends; benchmark against competitors; and deliver actionable insights that inform portfolio decisions.
  • Track capital projects and renovations, ensuring alignment with approved scope, timing, and return expectations.
  • Deliver clear, concise asset reporting to the Asset Manager on key operating metrics, financial performance, and project milestones.
  • Support system enhancements, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university (Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management with a solid understanding of property-level financial statements, multifamily experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including building and maintaining budgets and financial models, with a command of complex formulas and the ability to turn analysis into clear strategy.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to influence, present, and partner effectively with stakeholders at every level.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management/accounting systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of accountability for key responsibilities and quality of deliverables, while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
