Associate Assistant, eCommerce Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Assistant, eCommerce Operations to join our eCommerce Fulfilment Centre team in Budapest In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating daily warehouse and customer service operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service levels. You will support operational excellence by driving performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, collaborating with delivery partners, and contributing to an outstanding end-to-end customer experience.

Working Hours: 5 days per week, scheduled across Monday to Friday.

Full-time / Limited Contract for 1 year

FULFILLMENT

• Prep, pick and pack orders efficiently, verifying that the correct items are selected and securely packed for delivery.
• Label packages accurately with shipping addresses and required documentation.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Pack and unpack jewellery as part of inventory processing.
• Perform regular replenishment to optimize stock storage and maintain safety standards.
• Conduct cycle counts in accordance with Pandora policies to ensure stock accuracy.
• Process inbound deliveries and return items to stock efficiently and accurately.

RETURNS & QUALITY CONTROL

• Handle the complete returns process from entry to resolution for online customer returns.
• Independently process return orders in the OMS system.
• Inspect returned goods to verify quality, condition, and correctness.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer complaints and returns in line with company policies.
• Perform quality checks on returned jewellery, ensuring compliance with Pandora standards. Professionally refurbish returned and tarnished jewellery to meet resale standards.
