Comprehensive Injury Prevention Solutions (CIPS) is an Athletic Trainer–owned company delivering on-site injury prevention, ergonomic support, and early care directly in the workplace. Our Athletic Trainers partner closely with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/EHS) teams to reduce injuries, improve movement, and keep employees healthy, strong, and productive.

What You’ll Do

• Provide on-site injury prevention and early intervention care
• Evaluate musculoskeletal complaints and deliver first aid/acute care
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and job task analyses
• Identify risk factors and recommend safe work practices
• Educate employees and leaders on injury prevention techniques
• Document care using EHR systems
• Collaborate closely with Occupational Health (OHS) for medical management and work-related cases, and the Safety Department.

What You Bring

Required

• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• Master's degree in Athletic Training or related healthcare field or 3 years experience
• Strong skills in injury evaluation, ergonomics, documentation, and communication

Preferred

• CEAS, FMS, OSHA 10, AOEAS, CPR/First Aid
• Experience in industrial/occupational health, workers’ compensation, or workplace injury prevention
