We’re Hiring: Associate Attorney | Litigation

Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 6-10 years of litigation experience to join our litigation practice. We are looking for a highly capable attorney who wants to do challenging and sophisticated work in a firm where strong performance is recognized and meaningful responsibility is earned early.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned trial attorneys on significant litigation from early case strategy through trial preparation. In our lean, high-performing environment, associates are expected to think strategically, write persuasively, and take ownership of substantive work that directly impacts case outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• 6-10 years of litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent organization and judgment with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to excel in a demanding, fast-paced practice
• A clear commitment to building a long-term career in sophisticated, trial-focused litigation

Experienc e in consumer litigation, products liability, or employment law is especially valuable. Trial experience is strongly preferred.
