We are generally seeking attorneys with approximately 2–3 years of legal experience. Prior litigation exposure is helpful, but we fully retrain attorneys within our system and are far more interested in mentality, work ethic, intelligence, and long-term upside than resume credentials alone.

Our compensation structure is specifically designed to reward high performers. Base compensation is generally expected to range from $110,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit, with additional performance-based upside available for attorneys who produce exceptional results.
