A prominent downtown Dallas law firm is seeking a Creditor's Rights Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced attorneys and newly licensed Texas attorneys looking to launch their legal careers in a sophisticated, professional law firm environment.
No prior litigation experience is required. The firm is committed to training motivated attorneys who possess strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas law license required
- Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and desire to develop litigation and courtroom experience
