Location: Bloomfield, NJ | Full-Time
A plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to work directly with a partner. The practice focuses primarily on automobile negligence and premises liability matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Appear for motions and case management conferences.
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, defense counsel, and medical providers.
- Assist with negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation.
This is a hands-on litigation and trial-development opportunity with direct mentorship from a partner. The ideal candidate is motivated to build strong plaintiff-side personal injury litigation skills and take increasing responsibility for their cases.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
