Associate Attorney

About the role

As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with the firm's Managing Attorney. This is an opportunity for a licensed Philippine lawyer with at least one year of litigation experience to join a startup law firm at an early stage and contribute meaningfully in a hybrid work setup.

Key responsibilities

• Work on litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Handle complex civil, commercial, and criminal matters

About you

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) graduate from a recognized law school

• Active member of the Philippine Bar in good standing

• Strong knowledge of various laws, governmental regulations, and issuances relevant to all types of industry
