Associate Attorney

We are seeking a licensed Associate Attorney to join our growing creditors’ rights practice in Indianapolis. This role offers immediate courtroom experience, hands-on litigation work, and strong earning potential within a well-established, multi-state law firm.

This is not a back-office role—our attorneys actively manage cases, appear in court, and develop real litigation skills early in their careers.

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $97,000
• Performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of consumer and commercial matters
• Review and approve pleadings, motions, and executions
• Appear in court and represent clients in hearings
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, CFPB, FCRA, and applicable laws
• Communicate with clients regarding case strategy and progress
• Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana (required)
• 0–3+ years of experience (litigation experience preferred, but not required)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
