Associate Attorney

Attorneys manage their own cases, work directly with partners, and play an active role in moving matters from start to finish. The firm is continuing to grow and is adding attorneys across multiple Southern California offices to support its expanding civil litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own cases with meaningful autonomy and partner support
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, and related proceedings
• Work directly with clients and insurance carriers
• Assist with trial preparation and gain meaningful trial exposure

Qualifications:

• Active member of the California Bar
• Civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or related defense litigation
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with partners and the broader litigation team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $135,000–$185,000 + bonus
