Associate Attorney

Remote Work From Home Associate Attorney Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi-state law firm that focuses heavily on the utilization of technology to create work flow synergies with its clients and business partners. Purpose The Associate Attorney will work in our firm west coast foreclosure department, and will primarily manage judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions
• Handle discovery
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person
• Other duties and special projects as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• Five to Ten years of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law
• Admission to practice law in the states of Oregon and/or Washington.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
• Ability to manage and prioritize your caseload
• Must reside in Oregon.
