Associate Attorney

What you need to know

This is a client-facing role for an attorney who wants to take ownership of legal matters from initial evaluation through resolution.

What you do

You’ll manage collections cases and other issues related to property owners associations statewide. by helping clients navigate legal disputes, negotiate resolutions, prepare legal documents, and advocate for clients.

Just as important as the legal work is the client experience. You’ll build relationships with clients, keep them informed throughout the process, and help translate complicated legal issues into clear options and next steps.

What you bring to the table

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Min 2 years' experience
• Effective negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Professional judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team.
