Associate Attorney

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in employment law, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide support in trial preparation.
• Utilize legal research tools such as LexisNexis to gather relevant case law and statutes.
• Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California state bar and good standing.
• Experience in a law office setting is preferred; familiarity with employment law is a plus.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.

Pay: $78,646.41 - $94,713.95 per year
