Associate Attorney

Wharton Levin is growing! We seek an associate attorney for our Loudoun County, VA office location. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, superior writing skills, an interest in medical malpractice litigation, and an active VA bar license. Experience of 1-4 years or a judicial clerkship is a plus. Excellent compensation, benefits, work-life balance, and friendly office environment. As an associate attorney, you will gain nearly immediate experience in preparing for and appearing at trial, working on appellate briefs, and drafting substantive pleadings.
