Our clients rely on us not only for legal representation, but for strategic guidance during critical moments that impact their businesses, families, and futures.
We are seeking an attorney who wants more than a traditional legal practice. This position offers direct mentorship from experienced attorneys, significant courtroom and client-facing opportunities, and the chance to build expertise in an area of law that is both intellectually challenging and professionally rewarding.

· Performing legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, petitions, schedules, orders, and other legal documents.
· Advising clients regarding complex legal, financial, and business issues.
· Representing clients during negotiations, mediations, depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.
· Conducting new client consultations and helping prospective clients understand their options.
· Collaborating with managing attorneys, senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to provide exceptional client service.
· Managing deadlines, workflows, and case progression to ensure quality and timely legal representation.
· Representing the firm professionally within the legal community, agricultural industry, and business community.
