This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants genuine ownership of your own caseload, manage matters throughout the litigation lifecycle and, gain meaningful courtroom and trial exposure. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle all aspects of state and federal litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions and depositions.
• Develop case strategy and work directly with clients to understand and achieve their objectives.
• Prepare cases for trial and, where appropriate, take matters through trial and post-trial proceedings.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice in Georgia, and in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience practicing commercial/business litigation.
• Strong experience handling litigation in both state and federal courts
• Experience managing litigation matters with significant autonomy from inception through resolution.
• Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy and case-management skills.
• Trial experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in developing a personal book of business.
