Associate Attorney

A premier Northern New England litigation firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of medical malpractice defense experience to join its growing Concord office.

This opportunity offers a clear path to leadership as senior partners prepare to transition longstanding client relationships and active practices to the next generation of attorneys.

What You'll Do:

• Manage medical malpractice defense cases from inception through resolution
• Handle depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Maintain direct client contact and full file responsibility
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of medical malpractice defense experience
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Strong deposition and courtroom skills
• Trial experience preferred
• Defense-side background required
