Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote position, with work primarily focused in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

This attorney will handle a general liability caseload from inception through resolution, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Managing case strategy and client communication
• Participating in mediations and negotiations
• Preparing matters for trial

This role also offers the opportunity to gain experience in professional liability, with hands-on training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, ideally in general liability (premises, construction, auto)
• Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required)
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
