• Position: Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney
• Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Texas, U.S.). The ideal candidate will primarily work from home, with travel limited to court appearances in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Houston areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively managing cases from start to finish.
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in mediations.
• Prepare for and actively participate in trials.
• Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Maintain prompt, clear communication with clients and internal team members.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar License in good standing.
• Proven litigation and trial experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel for in-person court appearances in the DFW and Houston areas when necessary.
