Associate Attorney

Regional law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join its foreclosure and creditors' rights practice in Oklahoma City. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney to gain hands-on experience representing banks, mortgage servicers, investors, and other creditors in foreclosure, title, and related litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage a caseload of foreclosure, title, and related litigation matters.
• Review loan documents, title searches, payment histories, pleadings, and other case materials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, objections, orders, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, settlement conferences, and other court proceedings.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and status updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 0–3 years of legal experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
