Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and personable Associate Attorney to join our growing practice focused on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or an attorney with limited experience who is looking to develop practical litigation skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in personal injury and workers’ compensation law.

What You'll Do

• Assist with and manage workers’ compensation and personal injury cases.
• Communicate with clients and help guide them through the legal process.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Review medical records, accident reports, and other case-related documents.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Learn case strategy, litigation techniques, negotiation, and client advocacy.
• Develop the skills necessary to independently manage cases as your experience grows.

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Recently admitted to the bar or 0–2 years of legal experience preferred.
• Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Professional, dependable, and organized.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and working as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
• Most importantly, someone who is driven, compassionate, and genuinely interested in helping injured people.

Prior workers’ compensation or personal injury experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
