Associate Attorney

Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLH is seeking a midlevel Real Estate Finance Associate to join our nationally-recognized Real Estate & Finance Department in our Philadelphia office.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions in a law firm with increasing responsibility
• Experience representing sellers, buyers, borrowers, lenders and preferred equity investors in connection with sales, acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, and preferred equity investments and debt restructurings
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Experience with CMBS loans a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple active transactions

Experience with joint ventures and REITs is a plus.
