Associate Attorney - Personal Injury | Denver, CO

Robert Half Legal has partnered with a leading boutique law firm in Denver to hire an Associate Attorney for its growing personal injury practice. This firm offers a collaborative culture, competitive compensation, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Bar license.
• Personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

• Active attorney license in good standing.

• Experience in personal injury law or closely related Personal Injury work.

• Demonstrated ability to manage discovery, motion practice, and day-to-day case progression.

• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy capabilities.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

• Effective interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented and client-focused communication style.

• Familiarity with electronic filing platforms and legal case management tools is preferred.
