We're partnering with a well-established Texas law firm that is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on case ownership, direct client exposure, and long-term career growth with a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Manage legal matters from initial case evaluation through resolution
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, opinions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
• Provide strategic counsel and practical solutions to clients
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to drive successful outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Bar License in good standing
• 1+ years of attorney experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
