About the Role

Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP – Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex office is growing, and we’re looking for 1–2 litigation attorneys with 2+ years of experience to join our team. This is hands-on litigation from day one. You’ll manage your own caseload and take cases all the way to trial. You’ll make in-person court appearances, conduct depositions, and advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way.

Your work will likely include but is not limited to:

• Premises liability
• Motor vehicle accidents
• Construction accidents
• Products liability
• Property damage and wrongful death claims
• Make in-person court appearances
• Conduct depositions
• Advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way

Qualifications

• Is admitted to practice in Texas (other bars are a plus!)

Required Skills

• Has 2+ years of litigation experience
• Writes clearly and persuasively
• Is curious, ambitious, and takes pride in your work product
• Wants to grow as an attorney—not just push paper

Preferred Skills

• Other bars are a plus!
• Defense Litigation Experience

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary: $115,000–$170,000 (commensurate with experience)
