We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attorney Associate to join a growing legal practice focused on business and corporate transactional matters.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients, handling sophisticated corporate matters, and taking ownership of legal assignments in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate agreements.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, and legal due diligence.
• Handle entity formation, corporate governance, and business structuring matters.
• Provide practical legal guidance on contracts, compliance, and transactional risks.
• Manage client relationships, deadlines, and multiple matters efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex transactions and business matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing, or eligibility for prompt admission/reciprocity.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business, corporate, or transactional law.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters and maintain strong client relationships.
