Associate Attorney – Defense Litigation
Location: Las Vegas, NV
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a busy civil defense litigation practice in Las Vegas.
Responsibilities:
- Handle civil litigation matters and assist with case strategy.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active Nevada Bar admission required.
- 1–3+ years of civil or defense litigation experience preferred; candidates with other relevant legal experience may be considered.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- NetDocuments experience is a plus.
