What they need
SAN FERNANDO VALLEY DEFENSE FIRM seeks an Attorney with an active California Bar license.
Individual would be considered who:
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication, research, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Acts with a sense of urgency relating to priorities of the firm and clients
- Possesses good follow-through with tasks
Responsibilities:
- Dictate/draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, deposition summaries, and briefs
- Research and analyze legal issues
- Advise clients on legal matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
We are a Workers' Compensation Defense Litigation Firm. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the field of workers' compensation/litigation. No prior workers' compensation experience is required. We provide full training.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
