Key Responsibilities: Investigate and defend first/third-party
insurance claims | Handle personal injury, construction, premises
liability, coverage disputes, bad faith | Take and defend depositions
| Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions | Attend court
hearings | Conduct examinations under oath
Required: JD from ABA-accredited school | Active Colorado Bar —
MANDATORY | 3+ years litigation in a law firm | Insurance
defense/personal injury/coverage preferred | LOCAL to Denver — no
relocation | Resume + cover letter + salary + writing sample
Pay: $125,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
