Location: Denver, Colorado (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $125,000 – $185,000

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney – Litigation to join a leading litigation team in Denver, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first-party and third-party insurance claims
• Handle matters involving:
• Personal Injury
• Construction Defect
• Premises Liability
• Insurance Coverage Disputes
• Bad Faith Litigation
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions
• Attend court hearings and litigation proceedings
• Conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUOs)

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Colorado Bar License (Mandatory)
3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
Experience in Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, or Coverage Litigation preferred
Must be currently located in the Denver area
Resume, Cover Letter, Writing Sample, and Salary Expectations required
