Associate Attorney, Litigation

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, including but not limited to property damage, insurance bad faith, and premises liability. This role requires excellent legal research and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to litigate effectively on behalf of our clients. The Associate Attorney will work collaboratively within a law office environment to provide high-quality legal services and support.

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Experience with Case Management Software
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings as necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide assistance in litigation efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled.
• Provide clients with clear guidance on legal rights and options available to them.
• Experience in Civil Litigation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven ability to conduct legal research efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual caseloads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
