Associate Attorney Litigation

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our trust and estate litigation team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

• Civil Litigation experience (including trial experience, motion practice, discovery, and witness preparation)

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada (or a willingness to sit for the Nevada bar exam)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Dawson Lordahl Weisenmiller PLLC is a distinguished estate planning and probate litigation law firm primarily serving Southern Nevada. Our attorneys provide sophisticated counsel to individuals, trusts, nonprofits, and estates. We seek an associate attorney to join our growing trust and estate litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in litigation, including some trial experience, motion practice, discovery, and personal interactions, including witness preparation. Despite our high level of practice, we are a small and flexible firm, and we strive to be family friendly and a great place to work.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
