Associate Attorney (Litigation)

Innovative Driven is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team at one of our award-winning law firm clients. The firm is a forward-thinking, well-respected leader in healthcare law. This is an amazing opportunity to lead a vibrant and collegial law firm into the future.

This is a full time, hybrid position with three days onsite at the firm's office in Seattle, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and representation to healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing facilities, product manufactures, and medical centers.
• Collaborate with attorneys to manage cases through the litigation lifecycle.
• Research legal issues and medical topics.
• Develop case strategy and conduct depositions.
• Prepare and file briefs, motions, and other judicial pleadings.
• Evaluate medical records and facilitate the discovery process.
• Provide feedback and support to attorneys and staff, contributing to the highly collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington state.
• Minimum 1 year of litigation associate experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ProLaw.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or insurance defense is highly preferred.
