Associate Attorney | Construction Litigation

A National Law Firm is expanding its footprint in Florida and needs to add an Attorney with at least 3 years of construction defect defense litigation experience. No book is required because there is an existing caseload.

Experience/Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of recent construction defect experience with construction litigation being the primary focus
• Handle a file from intake to close
• Must possess excellent research and writing skills
• Prepare for, attend and conduct hearings and depositions
• Case strategy
• Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing

Salary: $130-$170k, DOE

Location: This is a remote role so the Attorney can be based anywhere in Florida. Travel will be required as necessary for court appearances.
