Job Overview
- Position: Associate - Back Office Process
- Vacancies: 100
- Eligibility: Male candidates, 1830 years old
- Education: Graduate Freshers (2022 to 2026 Batch)
- Domain Knowledge: Mandatory knowledge/experience in Banking (Personal Loan, Finance, LAP, Home Loan), Insurance, or KYC processes
- Typing Speed: Minimum 15 WPM
- Salary: Approx. 15,000 Net Take Home + 75/day Night Shift Allowance
- Work Schedule: 6-day working (Rotational Week Off) | Shifts: Afternoon (70%) / Night (30%)
