About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to build their career in a professional with blended Process.

You will be responsible for supporting implementation activities, maintaining accurate information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day implementation activities and process-related tasks.
• Review and verify information/documents for accuracy.
• Update and maintain records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy as per business requirements.
• Ensure excellent attention to detail while handling process-related activities.

Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO, KPO, Operations, Back Office, Implementation, or similar roles.
• Candidates from Non-Insurance backgrounds are also eligible.
• Freshers with good communication and computer skills can be considered.
• Good written communication skills.
• Comfortable working on computer-based applications.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
