JOB BRIEF

The Brand Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns that strengthen the company’s market presence and build meaningful connections with our target audience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about branding, storytelling, and delivering consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Management

• Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-person channels.

• Support brand initiatives that drive awareness, equity, and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with creative, digital, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Help create compelling content that reflects the brand voice and values.

• Conduct market and competitor research to inform brand positioning and identify trends.

• Track and report on campaign performance and brand health metrics (e.g., brand awareness, perception, engagement).

• Assist in managing brand assets, including logos, guidelines, and creative files.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging across departments.

• Help monitor and report on brand performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, awareness).

• Stay up-to-date with branding trends, consumer behavior, and marketing best practices.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors, and ensure a smooth, timely, and quality deliverable of all targets and deliverables.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related fields

• With 1–2 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications.
