Associate Broker Management - Aldar Properties

Full ownership of broker partners engagement and productivity in the Hong Kong market. This includes：

• Broker acquisition: Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing a network of qualified local and international brokerage firms aligned with Aldar and London Square objectives
• Broker product training: Ensure all appointed brokers are fully trained on Aldar and London Square products, including project positioning, pricing, sales processes, and compliance requirements
• Broker relationship management: Oversee all aspects of broker relations, ensuring brokers are consistently supported, well informed, and commercially effective
• Training cadence and engagement: Conduct a minimum of four broker meetings or training sessions daily, either in the office or externally, to drive engagement, product knowledge, and performance
• Calendar planning and execution: Create, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual broker engagement and training calendars, including office sessions, events, and international activations
• Performance monitoring: Track broker activity, training completion, and engagement levels, ensuring brokers remain active and aligned with sales objectives
• Cross functional coordination: Work closely with the global sales operations team, sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, reporting, systems, and execution
• Market feedback and reporting: Provide regular feedback to management on broker sentiment, market trends, competitive insights, and performance across the Hong Kong and wider Asia market
