JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Analyst cum QA Role Summary The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and ensuring the quality of the Xpress Forms DAP journey through functional and end-to-end testing. Key Responsibilities • Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow documents. • Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and development teams. • Analyze business processes and suggest improvements. • Create and execute test cases based on business requirements. • Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, SIT, and UAT support. • Identify, log, and track defects through closure. • Validate APIs and backend data where applicable. • Participate in requirement walkthroughs and defect triage meetings. Required Skills • Strong understanding of Banking Domain processes. • Hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Manual Testing. • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation. • Knowledge of SDLC and STLC. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. • Understanding of API testing using Postman is preferred. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience in Digital Banking or Form-based Workflows. • Knowledge of DAP (Digital Adoption Platform) journeys. • Exposure to Agile methodology.
