What You'll Be Doing

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Assist in developing business cases and solution recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Power Platform & Digital Solutions

• Support the design and development of solutions using Microsoft technologies, including:

  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Copilot Studio
  • Power Pages

• Assist in integrating solutions with existing systems and third-party applications.

• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.

Agile Project Delivery

• Work within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Contribute to solution design discussions and technical reviews.
• Support application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:

  • Requirements Definition Documents (RDD)
  • Solution Design Documents (SDD)
  • Transition and Support Documents

• Maintain technical and platform-related documentation.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and solutions.
• Participate in solution evaluations focused on performance, scalability, security, and usability.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving automation, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies.

Experience
