Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical recent graduate to join our Early Career Program as an Associate Business Analyst. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in business analysis, financial modeling, data analytics, process optimization, and fintech.

In this role, you will contribute to strategic business initiatives, analyze financial and operational data, identify opportunities for improvement, and use AI and automation to streamline business processes. You will also receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience working on projects that support business performance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, business analysis, and client data analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Support process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Availability to start in July 2027.
• Typically, a minimum GPA of 3.0; candidates with exceptional leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, academic projects, campus involvement, or other relevant experiences.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and complex situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings and present recommendations clearly.
• Genuine interest in fintech, the stock market, and financial markets.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to provide an academic transcript as part of the application process.
